Your responsibilities will span the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment for both frontline and corporate roles-up to senior-level positions-along with onboarding and offboarding processes. You will oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, manage employee engagement and relations, and lead the annual salary and bonus review process, including budget oversight. In your role as HR Business Partner for multiple functions, you will champion corporate values and help foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture. Additionally, you will provide strategic insights to management through HR metrics and ensure full compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.The Successful ApplicantThe successful HR Manager should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with a minimum of 10yrs relevant experience preferably with some retail/ FMCG/ front line related background and incentive scheme management. You will be people-oriented and results-driven, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in HR systems and databases is essential, as is a solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. These qualities enable the HR Manager to navigate complex workplace dynamics while supporting strategic business goals.
