They are seeking a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards to join the regional HR team in Hong Kong, supporting strategic rewards initiatives and analytics across the APAC region and in collaboration with headquarters.

The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards will play a pivotal role in designing, analyzing, and implementing total rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent across the APAC region. This position will work closely with the regional team and headquarters on rewards projects, including annual salary reviews, benefits package assessments, and market benchmarking. The ideal candidate will bring experience in HR operations and total rewards, coupled with strong analytical skills, to provide data-driven insights and support the firm's competitive positioning in the talent market.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with the regional team and headquarters on various total rewards projects, including annual salary reviews, bonus structures, and long-term incentive plans, ensuring alignment with global strategies and regional needs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of benefits schemes and packages, reviewing medical, insurance, and wellness programs to ensure they meet employee needs and remain competitive in the technology sector.
  • Partner with external consulting firms to conduct market salary benchmarking and analysis, gathering data on compensation trends within the technology industry across APAC.
  • Assess the competitiveness of the company's internal rewards packages against market standards, identifying gaps and recommending adjustments to maintain a leading position in talent acquisition and retention.
  • Support the implementation of global rewards initiatives at the regional level, ensuring effective communication and adoption across APAC teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date rewards data in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity for compensation, benefits, and employee records.
  • Develop dashboards and metrics to track total rewards performance, providing regular updates to HR leadership on key indicators like pay equity, benefits utilization, and employee satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2-3 years specifically in total rewards, compensation, or benefits analysis, preferably within multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) to manage and interpret rewards data.
  • Experience working with external consulting firms on market salary benchmarking and compensation analysis, with a solid understanding of market trends in the technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for regional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive compensation data with discretion.
